Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Krrid, we are committed to providing the highest quality chess coaching and resources. We value the time and dedication of our coaches. As such, strictly no refunds will be given for any fees paid, including but not limited to course fees, registration charges, and tournament entry fees.

• Finality of Payment: Once a payment is processed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for 'change of mind', lack of time, or technical issues on the user's end.
• Service Continuity: If you choose to discontinue a course mid-term, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining sessions.
• Non-Transferable: Fees paid are for the enrolled student only and cannot be transferred to another individual.

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your enrollment or recurring subscription at any time.
• Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
• Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your classes and resources until that date. No partial refunds or credits will be given for the remainder of the current period.
